Difference Between Brother TZ and TZe Tapes?
When looking at the Brother TZ label range, most users ask, “What is the difference between TZ and TZe tapes?” The answer is more straightforward than you think. TZe tapes are a more environmentally friendly version of the TZ tape, containing 5% recycled plastic, smaller packaging and an energy-efficient ribbon. Combining these allows a 15% reduction in the total plastic weight, per cartridge. TZe tapes can be used instead of TZ tapes, with no difference in performance, or print quality.
Laminated
Laminated is the most common finish of Brother TZ tapes for use in their P-Touch label makers. They have a gloss finish, which protects the print against weather, elements and abrasion.

Non-Laminated
