Can this printer print on stiff cards (more than 300 GSM) measuring about 6×4 inches?

Hi Bob, thanks for getting in touch.

The max this printer can take would be 220gsm. A custom paper size of 6×4” would be OK from the multi-purpose tray, but these machines are now discontinued.

The only machines we have that print 300gsm and above are the OKI C911DN and Xerox 7800.
