VIDEO: Review of the Epson LW-700 Label Printer

epson lw-700An office can always benefit from adding a label printer to their print setup – they’re deceptively useful once their part of the business.  We have taken a closer look at the Epson LW-700 Label Printer, which can be used both as a desktop and portable device.

The Epson LW-700 is a label printer that’s specifically designed for a variety of industries; its equally useful in and out of the office.

With easy-to-use functions, print-preview screen and one long nine-metre tape included, the user-friendly Epson LW-700 effortlessly allows you to create up to 24mm-width labels.

Coming with Label Editor Software, you can design and create your own labels – and even store them on your PC for future use – as well as choose from a wide range of templates that are stored on the Epson LW-700.

Using a special toolbar, you can add frames, symbols, barcodes and images for full customisation. Also, with the data import function you can also choose to print one label up to 999 times, or 999 different labels, in a single print job – making the Epson LW-700 ideal for large office projects.

As mentioned, the Epson LW-700 can be used as a portable label printer, too; simply unplug the device from your PC and you can create and print labels while on the move.  Coming with a full QWERTY keyboard and clear graphic display screen, the Epson LW-700 is really easy to use.
